Our primary service area is the neighborhoods of Watsonville, west of Main Street. We also provide emergency food assistance to those referred to us by the Community Food Hotline (831-662-0991).
We serve a nutritious Hot Lunch Monday - Friday at 12 PM. We invite all local hungry and homeless people to join us.
We serve Holiday meals and distribute holiday food baskets to those in need.
We provide bilingual Nutrition Education programs to enhance our clients' nutrition and consumer knowledge and to inform them about local resources for healthy food. Our goal is to empower our clients to make health-supporting food choices on a limited budget.
We provide our clients Referrals to other community programs and services, as needed. We invite health and social service outreach workers to our lunch program to extend their services to our clients.
We provide a meaningful opportunity for Community Service volunteers, service-learning students, Community Options Court Referral Program participants, WEX program CalWorks-recipient job trainees, and the National Council on the Aging's low-income senior job trainees to serve their community.
