What to look for?
You may want to take time to look at your wireless bill, and see if your going over the allotted minutes regularly, or are you roaming. If you are, you could be paying up to TWICE (or even, TEN times!) as much, compared to if you were in the correct rate plan. With more wireless competition, there better rate plans, and they are cheaper. Even if your company (you work for) doesn't pay for it (your cell phone account), you should recheck you bill, any way - you could be throwing away money!...
Key things to check:
- Minutes used that go over (rate plans allotted minutes)...
- Minutes used roaming (check to see that you were actually in that city when roaming minutes were used!)...
- And cost related to the above minutes used (cost vs. minutes you get (how much u get charged if you go over), Dose minutes over, cost more or is it less that an up grade?
- Is voice mail and call forwarding, etc. included? Coverage area, Include free long distance? Free roaming?
- If new service, is phone free, is it a good phone, how many years dose this free phone obligate you for?
- Dose changing plan obligate you for 0, 1, or 2 YEARS !!!!????
- Compare this agents new rate plans, and other providers...
