Rosen Method is a gentle, yet powerful form of touch. Using touch and words this method addresses the connection between the breath, tight muscles and the emotions. The practitioner focuses on areas of chronic tension, and as relaxation occurs and breath deepens, unconscious feelings, attitudes and memories may emerge. Gradually, habitual tension may be released, making way for greater physical and emotional freedom and a deeper experience of our true selves.
