ZESTY BRUSSELS SPROUTS

4 cups cooked Brussels Sprouts

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons horseradish

1/4 cup grated onion

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Cut sprouts in half and combine with mayonnaise, horseradish and onion. Place in a shallow dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
