It's been awhile, so let's try a Humor Friday

Yes, it has been awhile so let's ease into the weekend with some laughter. Let's try the late-night funnypeople first:

Jimmy Kimmel - "Hillary Clinton is upset right now with a columnist from the Washington Post's 'Fashion' section. The columnist pointed out that Hillary showed a little cleavage during a speech that she made on the Senate floor. ... Who'd have ever thought a controversy involving a Clinton and cleavage would be about Hillary?"

and

Jay Leno - "According to the Washington Post, Hillary Clinton has been showing a little cleavage out there on the campaign trail. People feel this is why her lead over Barack Obama has increased. ... But I think there's something to it. In fact, today, Barack Obama made a speech with a rolled up sock in his pants."

and

Jay Leno - "Doctors said that during the Bush colonoscopy, they did find something -- five polyps and two reporters from Fox News."

and

Bill Maher - "Rudy Giuliani is probably going to be the next president of the United States ... because it's all about image. He's got the big anti-terrorist image. On January 20, 2009, you may very well be welcoming to the White House Rudy Giuliani and his lovely wife ... whoever that may be at the time. ... Giuliani's first wife was his cousin. I'm not making that up. I think that's a very cheap way to go after the Southern vote."

and

Bill Maher, on Bush's colonoscopy - "At least for once in our lifetimes, we saw the words 'Bush,' 'operation,' and 'success' in the same sentence."

and

Jay Leno - "John Edwards is on the campaign trail. He's now doing something called his 'Poverty Tour', where he's visiting people who have no money and no hope. His first stop today: John McCain's headquarters."

Here's Stephen Colbert's superb take on the YearlyKos convention and the neo-netzis.  This is the best of the group here.

Colbert also geniusly provided this, Karl Rove's departure announcement as experienced by Rush Limbaugh.

Here's Jon Stewart 'doing' Karl Rove:

Here's how George Bush  is protecting us against terrorist zombies:

Ah yes, here is George Bush, the linguist.

Finally, here's a clever Stewart clip that takes a short while to get to -- part of a preceding skit comes first:
