I Cogitate

Damn Liberal Media! Those purveyors of left-wing propaganda, Sinclair Broadcasting, displayed typical liberal limp-wristedness in backing down on the promise to present the real and true John Kerry. We viewers were reduced to having to put the pieces of the puzzle together, and you know how hard that is to do. And that infuriating Fox News keeps bleating 'we present, you decide." Hey, we don't turn on the television to think---we want ballot-marking instructions. Leave the greatly over-hyped "thinking" for the corduroy-jacketed-with-patches-on-the-elbows "geniuses" who just love to indulge in such wimpiness. Come to think of it, doesn't the "Patriot Act II - Final Conquest" include embedding checkpoints in front of all coffeehouses and universities to ferret out such traitors? It's about damn time. Maybe that Ashcroft guy can be counted on after all. Now pinko-infested Pappas Telecasting, based, of course, in Sodom and Gommorrah (aka California), refuses to ignore an FCC ruling and turns tail on its plan to aid Republican candidates with free air time. I thought liberals always fought for the underdog, no matter what it takes. If only the Pappas people would just look for inspiration from our Commissar-In-Chief and his Band of Exalted---'cause rulings just don't matter when you have faith--real faith. And just where was our supposed-stalwart Rushie with all this going on? When he should have been out defending the ramparts of liberty. Don't tell me he was still on that hippie pursuit of happiness thing, reliving the 60s yet again, better living through chemistry and all that. I'm beginning to wonder if we can really depend on someone who casn't decide which pill or which wife works best. Oh, for the days of the brown shirts and white hoods. Wasn't that a time! At least I still get good vibrations from Mr. O'Reilly. top |
