Photography
first became of interest to me in 1985 after receiving a manual SLR
camera from my father as a gift. Early on I experimented with different
subjects and mainly just had fun. Since then I gradually became more
serious in my pursuit, quickly developing a special interest in nature
and natural landscapes, which continue to be my main focus. I have passionately strived to develop a keen eye for artistic composition and a mastery of the technical aspects of photography in order to produce images that inspire interest and provoke a response from viewers. You may already be familiar with some of my work that has been published in a handful of local media, including a book, nature exhibits, and calendars. Images in my current portfolio are comprised mainly of scenic landscapes from California. Featured themes include coastal scenes, Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay, Big Sur, the Sierra Nevada, Death Valley, and other desert areas. Images are available as fine art prints, stock photos, and for use on the web |
