Treesit celebrates fourth month

On October 18th the treesit village in Ramsey Gulch celebrated four months of responsible ancestry and determined ecosystem protection. Now consisting of five platforms located along a network of 30 traverses (rope walkways connecting one tree to another), the efforts of 'Earth First! Santa Cruz' and the 'Canopy Action Network' have ensured the continued survival of 2 acres (more than 75 trees) of threatened coastal redwood forest.
