Advanced Ceramics Autobiography

Your autobiography must be at least one page long and typed. It will be graded on its completeness and use of correct English. Be sure to write your autobiography in paragraph form not a list of answers to the questions. I would also like you to attach a picture of yourself or sketch a picture of yourself, which will be returned with your paper. Please answer the following questions within your paper.

Before you start your paper,write a definition of what Art is.

1.What is your main goal for this year in regards to your education and how do you plan to reach that goal?

2. What did you learn from Ceramics One? Was there anything left out or was there something which I didn't spend enough time on?

3. What was your favorite assignment in Ceramics One? If you are taking Ceramics two for the second time, tell me what your favorite assignment in Ceramics two was. What was the hardest project for you to make?

4. What are your goals for this year in Ceramics? What kind of things would you like to make?

5. Tell me which glaze or combination of glazes you like the best. Did you like using engobe?

6. What was your best piece of work from Ceramics one or two ? Describe it and tell me why it was your best work.

7. What did you do with the projects that you took home? Would you like to sell them or have you ever sold any of your work? Should I have more displays of your work in the library?

8. Have you ever been to a pottery shop or studio? Have you visited an Art Museum?

9. Tell me what your plans are for five years from now. Do you plan on going to college? Do you think you would like to study Art/Ceramics? Where would you like to live?

This paper will be due on Friday Aug. 24
