Classroom Guidelines

1. Be in the class on time and stay in the assigned area.
2 Respect each other and also respect each other’s projects.
3. Clean up all materials and work areas, put projects in proper place, make
sure equipment and tools are clean, do weekly clean up task.
4. Students are not allowed in my office or storage rooms without my permission.
Students are also not allowed on the front porch or outside during class. Without
my permission
5. Do not leave class until dismissed & always ask for the rest room pass.
6.Do not eat or drink in class
Consequences for breaking rules
Clean up problems:
Conference with student and plan formulated to resolve problem.
Destruction of student work or tools and equipment:
A. Conference and plan formulated to replace equipment or
project.
B. Steps will be taken to remove student from class.
2. Leaving class early could result in a cut for the day or detention
to make up time.
3. Abuse of restroom pass could result in loss of restroom privileges.
4. If you are on the front porch or outside during class without
permission you may do extra clean up or have detention.
Clay throwing and serious student disruptions such as fighting,
defiance etc. will result in an immediate referral to the
Vice-Principal.
Tardy Policy
I will follow the district Tardy/Attendance policy that has
been reviewed with all students.
Students are financially responsible for all school properties
issued to them. This includes loss, theft, or vandalism.
Students will also
be charged
a small
fee for projects taken home.
Loss of instruction due to excessive absences could result
in a lowering of ones grade.
