Ordering Information

1. Minimum Orders - There is a minimum order of $15.00.

2. Order form - Fill out the order form in ink or typewriter.

3. Shipping Season - We begin shipping in July and continue through August regardless of what time of year we received your order. Orders are filled and shipped in the order received. Please order early to assure that you receive the varieties you desire, popular flowers often sell out quickly. If you plan on vacationing during these months then please specify a date that will accommodate your schedule. In hotter climates the planting should occur later in the season.

4. Substitution of variety - Occasionally we run out of stock of a variety you may have ordered. If you allow us to substitute, we will match the iris ordered as closely as possible, using a flower of equal or greater value. If you include suggestions for substitutes we will choose from your list as much as possible regardless of the cost. If you do not mark the Substitution Box on your order form we will interpret this as a “YES.”

5. Guarantee - We guarantee that our plants be true to name, registered with the American Iris Society and of top quality and size. Our rhizomes are disease and pest free. Our plants are nurtured in our gardens and are freshly dug for your order. Please check your order carefully upon delivery and notify us immediately of any problem. Our goal is to have happy and successful gardeners and we will work with you to straighten out any problem at no charge. We cannot be responsible for plants which die over the winter since cultural conditions in your garden are beyond our control. Please be advised that the true colors of the flowers are sometimes at the mercy of both the photography and printing processes so there may be slight variations.

6. Method of Payment - Payment must be included with your order. We currently accept only checks and money orders. All California orders must include 8% sales tax.

7. Shipping - All orders will be shipped via UPS ground delivery. Always include a street address for UPS Delivery.

Bonus Iris - As our thank you for ordering from the Brook Lomond Iris Farm we always include a special rhizome for all orders over $30 (not including shipping, handling and tax).
