FALL/WINTER 2011/2012: September 6, 2011 – May 24, 2012
Weeknights (Sunday–Thursday) $125/night
Weekends (Friday–Saturday) $175/night
Weekly (7 nights) $800/week
 
SUMMER 2012: May 25, 2012 – September 6, 2012
Weeknights (Sunday–Thursday) $150/night
Weekends (Friday–Saturday) $200/night
Weekly (7 nights) $1,000/week
 
RATE POLICIES:
— There is a 2 night minimum stay required. There is a 3 night minimum stay required on holiday weekends. Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) are charged at the weekend rate.
— Rates are based on a number of 1-8 guests. Rates for additional guests are $10/night (weeknights) and $15/nights (weekends).
— If it is 30 days prior to your stay, you may reserve the house with the required deposit (see below). The entire rental fee plus the deposit is due 30 days before your stay and can be made by check or online. If your stay is less than 30 days away, the entire rental fee plus the deposit is due immediately and can be made online.

DEPOSITS:
— There is a deposit of $150 required for your stay. This includes a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 and a damage deposit of $100, of which is refunded to you after leaving the home in good condition.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:
— Check in time is after 3:00 PM
— Check out time is 11:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:
— Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 30 days before the reserved dates.
— A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the reserved dates.
