Inspired by the acoustic "woo-woos" of the 5-course cittern, I got a Samick kid's Les Paul,
made a medieval-looking neck, milled out the body and put in a Kent Armstrong Mother Bucker
and bridge pickup. Then I stuck in a 6-way switch that goes from jazz to "shred" . . . tuned in fifths; CGDAEB.


Cover plate at bottom is formed from one of those throwaway CDs from AOL, duhh.



Jack side
The head angle is steep to move the tuners' weight
back toward the body so it's not neck heavy.
