Cost of Services

The basic time-of-service cash-discount charge is $40 for the first 1/2 hour visit and $40 for the subsequent 15 minute visits. Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been  made. If we take on the added expenses of delayed payment and billing your insurance company, the usual and  customary fees will be charged. We request Medicare patients to pay at the time of service, and we will bill  Medicare for you. 

Children 12 and under will be treated for free if a parent is being treated at the same time. Workers Compensation and auto insurance accepted.
