ART vs.
THE BROKEN CAPILLARIES IN MY NOSE

I get uglier
everytime my forehead hits the bar
but
I've compiled
a residue of
love poems.

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

John Lennon
lies
face up
on the
coroner's
bench.
A long
loving line
of parasites
gather on his body.
Once enough
organisms
squirm inside,
he will appear
to be moving
again.

I'VE GOT FLYING SAUCERS UNDER MY SKIN

We suck the rulers of the galaxy
to earth through the black hole
of our neoplastic prayers.
They're a three-chord thrash band
called the Carcinogenitals;
their explorations show we are
lumps on the lymph node of life,
better carved away. It's gonna
take a miracle. It's our only trick.
We feel no pain; we bring it.
