Natural Bridges

On Memorial Day a few friends joined us for a Bar-B-Que at nearby Natural Bridges State Park. The Tiger and I got up very early to stake out a picnic table in the eucalyptus grove near the beach. We had a few hours to ourselves after unloading the car and setting up for the BBQ, very romantic.
The guests started to arrive around 11 o'clock. The Tiger's son, Alejandro arrived first. Next was the Bodoff/Ferrandiz family, Josep, Stephanie, Sonia, and Miquel. Later arrived Julian, Claudia, and their son JP, Alejandro's pal.
After hours of tending the coals the cooks were a bit dazed and the picnickers amazed with marinated chicken, two types of chicken sausage, homemade potato salad and beans, a green salad, corn on the cob, garlic bread, and strawberry shortcake with whipped cream to top it off.
Later, a bunch of wild bikers showed up and had a good ride to the Boardwalk and back to Natural Bridges :)
