PURPOSE
The primary' purpose of the Bay Volleyball Club is to provide an enriching, competitive volleyball experience, at a reasonable price, to every young woman who tries out.
Our secondary purpose is to improve the quality of girls volleyball by involving as many veteran coaches as can be found. We hope that as many Varsity and Jr. Varsity High School coaches as possible will help coach.
Our third purpose is to develop young coaches in the Santa Cruz area by pairing them with experienced coaches. These young coaches will provide us with the necessary base as we increase participation.
Our success will be measured by how the club places in league play. At the high school level, the number of Santa Cruz County High School Varsity teams that make it to CCS and how well they place in CCS measures their success. The base year, for comparison purposes, will be 1996 and 1997
Success will also be determined by the positive experience each young woman has during the year, and will be measured by surveys that will be periodically mailed out
