Nadine Nemec Sculpture
Nadine Nemec is a California artist who has been making sculpture, ceramics,
and drawings since the early 1980's. She creates art from bronze, clay, glass,
wire, and found materials.
"Grounding my work in the figurative tradition, I explore texture. Roaming the beach and searching the hardware stores I feed my collecting affliction with the acquisition of flotsom and jetsam. Uniting natural and machined elements, I create my own oreder. My images employ allegory and contradiction to convey my way of processing the world."
