It was the biggest event in the history of Pay-Per-View, Museums, and Broadcasting combined. Every major museum in the country installed a runway in their main foire. The kind that models use to walk up and down and show off clothes. But in this case they were showing off artifacts from the museum, which they held in their arms. And in most cases they weren't models: they were the local actors and actresses, sports heroes, and pop stars from that particular city. Specialists from each museum provided historical commentary on the item in narration. And there was live bidding going on, from each museum and from the worldwide pay-per-view audience. But they weren't bidding on the treasures from the past. Oh no. If a certain minimum bid was met then the model would hand off the item and then take off their pants. The hand off person varied from city to city. Sometimes it was another celebrity, sometimes a poor person chosen in a raffle, most times it was the curator of the museum. The hand off person would give the item back to the trouserless model, and the informative narration would continue. Then the audience had 2 minutes to meet another level of bidding and if that was met then the model would hand it off again, and then take it off completely.
It went on for hours and hours.
Major crime levels dropped by 95%.
Billions of dollars were raised for the various museums.
Hundreds of careers were resurrected.
Science and History majors increased 10,000%.
And, an international series is planned.
Back to the land of Dreams.
